To share contact groups with sub-accounts, they must be ‘Global Contact Lists’.

1. Select ‘Send Messages’ on the left hand side of the MXT menu, click on ‘Contact Lists’.

2. Click on the 'cog icon' next to the group that you would like to share with your sub accounts, and select ‘Edit’.

Note: this step can also be completed when creating a new contact list.

3. Tick the box next to ‘Make this a Global Contact List’, then click ‘Update Group’.

This contact list will now be available to your sub accounts to send SMS to.
