# Exporting Reports 

## How to export a report from MXT in .csv, .xls, or .tab format

**1.** Click ***‘Reports’*** on the left-hand side of the MXT menu, then choose the type of report that you would like to export: *'**Outgoing'*****, *'Incoming'*,** or***'Scheduled'*** messages. For this example, we will choose ***'Outgoing'.***

**2.** Click ***'Export your data'*** to select the type of file you would like to be exported.

Available file types are CSV, XLS, and TAB.

**3.** The report will then be sent to your device ***'downloads'.***
