1. Click on the 'cog' icon on the top right-hand corner of MXT. Underneath 'Settings’, select ‘SMS Settings’.

2. Under the heading ‘SMS and MMS’, you will see the ‘Default Country’ heading.

Click on the box to open the drop-down box of country options and select the country you send to the most.

Note: This is used to replace the prefix of mobile numbers with the prefix of the selected country (i.e., the country you send to the most).

3. Click ‘Update Settings’ to confirm these changes.

Note: If you send internationally, it is best practice to include the relevant country code with all SMS.
