1. Select ‘Send Messages' on the left-hand side of the MXT menu, click on ‘Opt Outs’.

2. Under the heading ‘Import a file of contacts’, click ‘Import Out Out Contacts’

3. Browse your files and upload the relevant CSV file of numbers that you wish to opt out.

Note: The file should be in .csv format and contains only one valid phone number per row. The file must also be less than 10MB.

Note: You also have the option to opt out numbers or contacts individually.
