To manually add an individual number to your opt-out list, and therefore exclude the number from your campaign:

1. Select ‘Send Messages’ on the left-hand side of the MXT menu, click on 'Opt Outs’.

2. Under the ‘Add Single Opt-Out Number’ heading, enter either the mobile number or the contact name that you wish to opt out. Then click ‘Add to Opt-Out list’.

3. If the contact is stored in a current contact list, the name and number will appear. Click ‘Select’ to confirm that you would like to opt out this number.

Note: You also have the option to bulk opt-out contacts in MXT by uploading a CSV file.
