1. Select ‘Send Messages’ on the left-hand side of the MXT menu, click on ‘Templates’.

2. Select ‘Create a Template’.

3. Here you can enter the 'Name' you would like this template to be called, The 'Sender ID' you wish to send from and the SMS 'Message' content.

Note: You can also use the 'Merge Field function' here. Further details on merge fields available here.

Tip: If you have a parent account and are using the child account function, you can decide whether or not you would like to allow your Sub Accounts to have access to this template by clicking ‘Make this a global template’.

5. Once you are happy with your template details click on 'Create Template'
