1. To access Settings, click on the 'Cog' icon on the top right-hand corner of MXT. Underneath 'Billing', select ‘Auto Top Up'.
2. You can configure your auto top-up via periodic top-up, or setting a balance threshold to trigger the auto top-up.
Periodic:
With a periodic top-up, you can configure a set top-up amount to occur on a weekly or monthly basis.
Balance Threshold:
With a balance threshold top-up, you can configure a top-up to top up a set amount, once your balance falls below a threshold value.
Example: When my balance falls below $500, top up $2,000.
3. Once you’ve entered your auto top-up details, enter your payment details.
4. Click ‘Save’ to ensure that all details are updated.
Note: Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted for an auto top-up.
