In certain countries, a supplier will overwrite your Sender ID to a local number to ensure delivery.

Two-way messaging will not be supported, meaning that recipients will not be able to reply back to an overwritten Sender ID. To troubleshoot this, use a local Sender ID that is supported in your country.

If you believe that your Sender ID is being overwritten, please create a new ticket below for further assistance.

Provide details in the ticket such as:

  • SMSGlobal Username

  • Sender ID that you're trying to send from

  • Country in which you're sending to

  • The issue that you're facing
