In some countries, it's necessary to register your Sender ID's to ensure delivery.

Sender ID’s could take from one working day up to a number of weeks to get registered by the local mobile operators.

Once the operator approves the Sender ID, it’s important to abide by the rules and regulations to avoid the Sender ID being overwritten.

Please note: When you register a Sender ID it may not always arrive at the recipient’s handset the way it appeared before sending.

Some countries require all alphanumeric sender IDs to be registered before allowing messages to be delivered.

For information on countries that require pre-registration for Sender IDs, please see Global Sender ID Support.

Note: SMS Sender ID regulations can be changed by local operators at any time.
