If you have made a payment and your credits are not yet showing on your account, please first check to see if the payment has been processed by your financial institution.

If your payment has been processed, please submit a ticket below and provide details such as:

  • Your account username

  • The date payment was made

  • The method of payment (e.g. PayPal, Mastercard, direct deposit)

If your payment has not been processed, please try making a payment again and ensure that:

  • Your card has sufficient funds available

  • Your card is not approaching its expiry date

  • Your card details have been entered correctly
